We are pleased to announce that “design in_tent(s)ion” has been accredited by the IIDA as a CEU approved course for Interior Designers. It is a course we that outlines the creation of objects and the issues surrounded them. Presentations begin autumn 2011.
The main intent of the presentation is to dig into the multi faceted activity of designing the objects that find themselves in the environments we live and work in. This course offers a new look at objects and discusses the broader issues surrounding them through a review of the design and development of an award winning chair and a rain water harvesting device.
The overall goal is to better equip interior designers with a deeper understanding of the products they specify, allowing them to make more informed choices for their clients.
